world are data,
not
programming code.
Schedules are created separately for each country (or even for distinct
demographic groups within a country), and can be easily updated.
When new vaccines are created, or existing vaccines are adopted by a
developing country, or the dosing of a vaccine is changed,
the data is updated;
the algorithms, the programming code, remain the same.
