Vaccsbook

Vaccsbook Inc. is a private enterprise located in Ontario, Canada. It is not affiliated with any government or regulatory agency.
The president of Vaccsbook is Dr. Chris Clarke.
In 1972, he completed a M.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of London, England. This program inclded the course "Algorithms and Algorithmic Languages", which in 2016 became the inspiration for the logic at the core of Vaccsbook.
He received his M.D. from the University of Western Ontario, he has an M.B.A. from York University Ontario, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of East Anglia.
He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of computer systems in both the public and private sectors, and over 20 years experience as a physician in Ontario, Canada.
